Split a PDF or extract pages
Drop a PDF, type which pages you want, such as "1-3, 5", and download a new document with only those. Or split the whole thing, one page per file. The original never leaves your device.
Everything happens in your browser

Send only the page they asked for, not the whole document.
What this does NOT do
- It cannot open password-protected PDFs: remove the protection in your PDF reader and try again.
- It does not edit what is on the pages: they are copied as they are, text and images included.
- It does not keep the outline or bookmarks of the original document.
- It uploads nothing, so it cannot keep a copy for you either: download the result before you close the page.
This tool runs entirely inside your browser. There is nothing to upload, so there is nothing we can see, store or lose. You can disconnect from the internet and it will still work.
Frequently asked questions
How do I extract only some pages from a PDF?
Drop the PDF, choose "Extract pages" and type the ones you want, for example "1-3, 5" for the first three and the fifth. You download a new PDF with just those pages, in that order. "8-" means from the eighth to the end, and "5-3" takes them in reverse order.
How do I split a PDF into one file per page?
Choose "One page per file" and press "Split PDF". You get a ZIP file with one PDF for each page, numbered so they sort correctly, such as contract-p01.pdf, contract-p02.pdf and so on.
Why would I split a PDF?
Mostly to send only what is needed. If someone asks for the signature page of a contract, the summary of a bank statement or one sheet of a medical report, sending the whole document shares far more than they asked for. Extracting those pages is the simplest way not to.
Does extracting pages lose text or quality?
No. Pages are copied as they are, with their selectable text, images and fonts. The new PDF does not inherit the original document’s author or title either, because it is created from scratch with only the pages you chose.
Is my PDF uploaded to a server to split it?
No. The document is opened and split inside your browser; the site has no server capable of receiving files. You can load the page, disconnect from the internet and split the PDF all the same.
